Pet Nat, or Petillant Naturel can be translated as "naturally sparkling". In Pet Nat, fermenting must is bottled and further fermented there under a crown cap, which preserves the natural carbonic acid.
Our Pet Nat is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
