Blaufränkisch (Lemberger) Lerchenberg comes from vines rooted in mineral-rich, warm Keuper soil around Ravensburg. The outstanding quality of the vineyards and the preferred topographical location result in wines full of character, which inspire with their fine minerality, ripe fruit and their sustainability. The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and fermented in small vats as whole berries. The goal is to obtain powerful, spicy Blaufränkisch with a fine tannin structure. Biological acid reduction takes place in used barriques, in which the wines age for 12-15 months.
