Steep and protected site in Tiefenbach, with strong iron and calcareous variegated marl. The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and slowly pressed after a juice skin contact time of several days and fermented for about 8 months in barrique and wooden barrels.
Color: light copper shimmer. Ethereal, minty note. On the palate apricot, lemon zest and peach. Independent, fruit-driven type with discreet use of wood. Subtle with grippy phenolic grip. Delicate, fine acid vein. Excellent length.
