The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and fermented in small vats as whole berries. The goal is to obtain clear-fruited, elegant, persistent Pinot Noirs with a fine tannin structure. The malolactic fermentation takes place in used barriques, where the wines age for 8-12 months.
Ruby red color, nice red fruity nose, also some earthy spice. Soft and quaffable on the palate. Cherry, black currant and wild berry.
With beef, steak, lamb and roast.
