Burg-Ravensburg wines come from vines rooted in the mineral-rich, warm gypsum-Keuper soil around the Ravensburg. The outstanding quality of the vineyards and the preferred topographical location result in wines full of character that delight with their fine minerality, ripe fruit and persistence. The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and slowly pressed after a juice skin contact time of approx. 24 hours.
Aromas of ripe melon and yellow fruit. Hints of nutty tones. Fruity, fresh and soft on the palate. An elegant Pinot Blanc.
Gault & Millau 2025: 2 red grapes
Goes well with light fish and fish carpaccio, salads, white poultry, asparagus and asparagus salad, tuna.
