Gewachsen auf Buntem Mergel und mineralreichem Keuper. Die Trauben werden schonend von Hand geerntet, sorgsam sortiert und nach einer Saftschalenkontaktzeit von ca. 24 Stunden schonend gepresst und im Edelstahl vergoren.

Weiche und gehaltvolle Substanz trägt die Aromen von Birne, rotem Apfel und weiße Johannisbeere.
