Grown on variegated marl and mineral-rich Keuper. The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and gently pressed after a juice skin contact time of about 24 hours and fermented in stainless steel.
Soft and rich substance carries flavors of pear, red apple and white currant.
To be served with grilled fish, white meat, salads, poultry and asparagus.
